Single-family permits saw a strong increase in Sept. 2024 with year-to-date totals reaching 763,990, a 10.1% rise compared to the same period in 2023. All four U.S. regions experienced growth with the West leading at a 15.8% increase, followed by the Midwest at 11.8%, the Northeast at 10.1% and the South at 7.8%.
