Toll Brothers has announced the launch of the Manor Collection, a new luxury home series in Sereno Canyon, a new community in Scottsdale, Arizona. As reported by Globe Newswire, sales for this fourth addition to the master-planned community will begin in January 2025, with construction already underway for the sales center and model home. The Mano collection will feature 21 single-level homes ranging from 4,152 to 4,655 square feet, and prices will start at $2.3 million.
The design goal is to offer homes with 4 to 5 bedrooms, multigenerational suites, gourmet kitchens and expansive great rooms designed to emphasize indoor-outdoor living.
