Developer Del Webb is adding 76 single-family homes to Sun City Hilton Head in Bluffton, South Carolina by 2026. According to The Island Packet, each 1,360-square-foot home will have two bedrooms, two baths, an open-concept kitchen and a two-car garage. Prices start at $350,000.
A new two-building 42,150-square-foot amenity complex will open in 2026, featuring a clubhouse space for 500 guests, a fitness center with indoor pools, sports courts and areas for yoga, spin and exercise classes.
