Scottsdale-based Aread Inc. has sold hundreds of lots to builders at its 300-acre Skyline Village development in San Tan Valley, Arizona. As reported by the Phoenix Business Journal, the master-planned community is approved for 1,150 single-family homes and is currently under simultaneous site-wide development.
Recent sales include 130 lots to KB Home for $15.6 million in October, following a March purchase of 177 lits for $22.13 million.
