Austin suburb to house world’s largest 3D-printed neighborhood complete with high-tech features: ‘An architectural revolution is quietly taking place’

In Georgetown, Texas — a small suburb of the Austin Metropolitan area — is Wolf Ranch, the world’s largest 3D-printed neighborhood. Developed by Icon, Lennar and Bjarke Ingels Group, the community features 98 completed homes, with two more expected by year-end, as reported by The Cool Down. The homes are roughly in the $400,000 range and come equipped with eco-friendly amenities, including solar panels, smart thermostats and Wi-Fi locks.
