The Centurion American Development Group has recently unveiled plans for Highpoint Village, a 667-acre residential project in Van Alstyne, Texas, as reported by the Local Profile. The development will be situated along the Mantua Parkway and Collin McKinney Parkway, with a plan to feature 2,200 homes, including both single-family residences and townhouses. Once complete, residents will have two amenity centers, over 110 acres of green space, and a 20-acre athletic field managed by the city.
