Salesbox is a cost-effective solution to resolve situational sales center needs ranging from pre-construction, pre-models, and constrained space settings.
Standard features include: wall and ceiling insulation, ceiling lighting, two dual-pane sliding glass windows, 125-AMP electrical power panel, Gemini P816 Wireless Alarm System, Tropic 12,000 BTU heating and cooling system, exterior lighting with motion sensor, designer custom flooring, and custom cabinetry. Additional included interior features are sales desk, seating (sales chair, guest chairs and bench), built-in file cabinets, site map table, and more. Options are available per plan that include – large roof top community lettering, custom awning, and a touch screen digital kiosk.
