The city of Austin, Texas was recently recognized as a ‘Top City’ by the Urban Land Institute because of its diverse neighborhoods experiencing economic growth. A number of industries are strong in Austin, providing jobs for people in manufacturing, education, healthcare, and technology to name but a few.
Since 1971, Trendmaker Homes has been building new homes in the Houston area. The company prides itself on its commitment to delivering homes that are as beautiful as they are functional in the Texas market. Putting a special focus on excellence, Trendmaker targets the needs and desires of today’s homebuyers through innovative designs and customer service, including model homes where “what you see is what you get.”
A member of TRI Pointe Group, Trendmaker saw opportunity for growth of their own in Austin and began building in the area, opening its third community, Headwaters, in Dripping Springs, about thirty minutes from downtown Austin. The community is in close proximity to the highly rated Dripping Springs Independent school district, upholding the philosophy of the community “to create a strong foundation for family and individual well-being.” The master-planned development spans across 1,035 acres and is surrounded by expansive Texas countryside. Each home was designed around the land, with houses backing up to empty lots showcasing the natural beauty of the surroundings.
